  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any service.

  • Once final assets are delivered, all payments are 100% non-refundable.

For digital products, payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
 

  • Services: The initial deposit is non-refundable, and no refunds are offered once final assets are shared.

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable.
     

5. Use of Products
 

  • Purchased products and templates are for personal use only.

  • Users are not permitted to share, resell, or redistribute any digital products acquired from Thirty One Creative.

  • We disclaim responsibility for any misuse of templates or third-party issues arising from their use.
     

6. Limitations of Liability

  • We are not liable for any issues resulting from misuse of our digital products or services.

  • We are not responsible for problems related to third-party integrations, hosting platforms, or other external factors affecting the functionality of designs we create.
     

7. Privacy Policy
 

  • We collect user information, such as names, email addresses, and payment details, solely to communicate with clients and process payments.

  • Your information will never be shared with third parties.

  • We comply with all applicable privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
